Veteran Posts: 2,311 Group: Legendary Member #1,535 Joined: May 27, 2013	I was actually going to keep this a secret until at the last week, and I have no idea how to write this.. but heck can`t wait.. to much hype. I met the developers of Rare Replay on Gamecom 2015 and 2016, in 2015 it was all fan based, I even got a signed press kit of Rare Replay, and in 2016 they made an amazing picture here with my in a Goldeneye cosplay on the left. Meanwhile the software director of Rare Replay and there new game Sea of Thieves gave me his business card for any contact or request... so I did later on. So later.. I have Contacted Rare about us seeing them at Gamescom and how epic they are blabla also they promised us that they had an Xbox which was not on my site and also... that I (after hunting it down for 2 years) own the Rare Replay Xbox and I would like them to sign it for me. How they replied is something that I did not expect, in short it said this: Quote: Hey Donny, Sorry for the late reply, Things have been fun but busy here at Rare. So, a few things: I`ll get you a few photos of the Kinect Sports Rivals Xbox One that we have here at Rare. It looks great! I`ll try and get these sent across to you tomorrow. You`d be more than welcome to visit Rare, some days are better than others, so if you can give us some notice I can give you a little tour and I’m sure we can get your console signed. When were you thinking of visiting? Thanks, So.. my heart stopped for a few frames thinking they where joking or not, so I replied. They replied again with there promise of the Kinect Sports Rivals Xbox One which is displayed in there canteen.. and a suggested date/time when I could come over. even today, Rare is my favorite company in the world. So ofcourse I took this opportunity, i booked a flight, and hotel. and Monday the 27th of February i`ll be at Rare ltd office(!!!) It gets better...Few days later I came in contact with the developers of Conker Bad Fur Day, a few of the developers that still work at Rare, including the voice of the Great Mighty Poo(which is one of the producers...) and the music director, (which is btw also the music director of Jet Force Gemini, Killer Instinct and some of the Goldeneye tunes etc) They are exited that I`m coming and they can sign my game of Conker and. maybe.. just maybe... I can see a bit of the conker 12 tales game which they have! (I asked, they confirmed). If you have any questions.. lemme know and i`ll pass it on.. I won`t make an interview out of this but I`ll try my best as much as I can One question is answered which bothered me for a long time... a Jet Force Gemini OST.. does not exist. to be continued.. I'd like to think they just have it sitting in an n64 hooked up to a CRT. Maybe you can ask why they haven't released it yet not even on Rare Replay. Haha don't force it though I'm just curious what they ever plan to do with it. Have a good time mate! You're living out some 90's kids wild fantasy.

It's pretty hard to find...especially for a decent price. I mean, really, I want a third PD game but they wouldn't be able to confirm that they're working on it, so I'll just stick with the soundtrack question. I can't think of any good questions, too tired, but I reckon I would have had some over the years that still haven't been answered. Most obvious ones have already been answered like Stop n Swap and the Cheese in Perfect Dark etc etc. When's Sea of Thieves coming out anyway? I remember one of the guys who won the Sea of Thieves competition they had was from a site that I liked from nearly 15 years ago and I think it's still going! (dkvine.com)

I wish I could do more but here is the issue: my Xbox One weights 3.5KG my Laptop weights 2.5KG I can bring 7 KG with the flight.. :\| it sounds stupid but if you bring higher then this the fees will be insane.. Anyways I`ll ask the following so far: - when Sea of Thieves is coming out - if they still have any N64 goodies

Obviously feel free to re word etc) I wonder if the team that made that game were fans of Red Dwarf! I would assume so, it being a sci-ri sort of game and both being British. And the final season for many years (Season 8 in 1999) was the same year JFG came out. But check out the intro to The Battle Cruiser Sekhmet (maybe not exact spelling! The slow close up of a larger red ship and all that. And the Jet Force crews personal ships certainly remind of Star Bug!

I actually had 2 posts about them on CV here and here TL;TR: was freaking epic, my xbox is signed, my conker is signed, everyone is very friendly, place is massive, tons of Nintendo stuff, they still have every memorabilia Sea of Thieves is going to be great! and they are still the Rare we know. oh and I got a massive goodie bag. the questions and answers: - when Sea of Thieves is coming out I played the alpha. it's incredible! they are still putting tons of features on it every day, will not be out soon but soon there will be a playable alpha - if they still have any N64 goodies (and the software) more then we expect.. a test controller, N64DD dev kit, and all the N64 software/roms I can`t say anything about the roms, (classified sorry.. ) but I can tell you that I saw, everything they had -Ask if they ever plan on releasing the Perfect Dark soundtrack again. unfortunately no, sorry. Because I cancelled my photobucket I can`t upload pictures here.. but check the links above.. it has all you want to see and more.
