Hi! My name is Kiyu and Im - suprise - new here! I am not that much into collecting for the N64 itself, even though I've come to appreciate it more and more, but I recently got interested with the development history of both the N64 itself and the 64DD.
What interests me most is that there is almost nothing known about any development history of a European/PAL 64DD. I've found some clues for it being planned and localisation for DD games WERE made, so I would like to figure out how far the PAL add-on got.

That's my goal and that's why I am here :) but who knows, maybe the community is nice <3 - then I'll stay around for the funsies too ^^
Hope we will figure out this mystery together! :pika:

BTW, I'd love to document the history of the 64DD and perhaps the development of the N64 and games too, but I wouldn't know where. Maybe The Cutting Room Floor? It's a pretty big site, but if you think there is a better place, please give your recommendations in the comments! :D

My favorite game from any Nintendo console is Earthbound!

Hi and welcome to the site! I'm not a super sleuthing gaming historian but I wish you luck on your quest. Unfortunately a lot of stuff with the hardware and especially the development history of Japanese games isn't chronicled. There are some very knowledgeable members here that may be able to help you out though, not me unfortunately. Anyway I hope to see you around!
