wont have 4 for sure unless they sell it for 150$ or even more. the n64 mini will likely sell for 99$ and controllers will be a big issue this time. some kind of adapter will be compatible with it.

one you notice lag, you see it everywhere and it's extremely frustrating. so yes lag does have a really huge impact on playability on n64. not only on smah 64, but on any racers or games that require precision (im looking at you freaking rocket/spaceship level in toy story 2).

I understand her points but thats just freaking silly. lets say i want to go to a Metallica concert, but I dont give a crap 'bout social media and i'm their biggest fan you can get in town. how on earth am I gonna get tickets ?

people will find a way to create bot and "superfan" will be fakely created just to get tickets and, once again, resell them. there's no easy way to fix this. people who buy and resell are a problem, but those who pay double or triple its original price are worst than resellers IMO. they create a fake buble, just like anything else (house market not to say the least).

I see it this way and only that would refrain scalpers.

Nintendo sells throuh their online store. 1 limit per customer, per adress, per credit card, per name, per anything else you can think of.

they were there for the money
high prices hurt more than counterfeit since high prices made the counterfeit to appear in the first place
those who really love/loved this console stopped to buy games they didnt have since prices were so high that it wasnt worth it.

that's what i'm doing. sold everything and getting an everdrive at some point. kinda bored to buy worthless sports games at 10-15$+. plus, i'll be able to enjoy homebrew like Goldeneye X and Goldfinger which i'm eager to play.

yeah controller is also another problem. I have over 20 in close to perfect condition so it's not a problem on my end. we'll see but I'll probably get a flash cart before the n64 mini comes out. the hdmi does not bother me at all. my current setup display the picture very very good, almost better than a CRT.

can't be worst than the huge backlog we all haves. we could play this or that game but end up playing another one while there's sealed game we bought new but never opened 5 years later.
