Not much time left to vote, so Iíll throw this out there as one final push for Mario Party 2.

I remember December 31, 1999 being super excited to read the January 2000 issue of Nintendo Power. I remember being so excited and calling it ďthe first Nintendo Power of the new millenniumĒ only for a friend to correct me and say that the new millennium started in 2001. I still had a great time at that new yearís party though. And you know what was on the cover of that Nintendo Power? Mario Party 2. Looking back I guess iíd Consider it an essential New Yearís game for that reason.

Also MP2 is probably my favorite of the entire series and is readily available on Wii and Wii U Virtual Console for $10 if you donít have a physical cartridge. I lost my original copy at college but I have it on both VCs and a Japanese cartridge, which isnít as crazy at it sounds since I have all the mini games pretty much memorized :)
