One of the plots I've had running around my head for the last few weeks has decided that it would like to be an online RPG until I can be bothered writing it. Since I've got a lot to write and do before I can start with this particular bunny, that's fair enough ...

If I go through with this I'm planning on advertising it at DEM as well, but I thought I'd see what you guys think of it first. The basic plot is that Time is on the brink of unravelling. The Keystone of Time has been corrupted, and now, instead of being a relatively straight line, Time is in the process of becoming a Gordian Knot. Consequences will manifest before actions, ghosts of times past and future will solidify, people will drift unwillingly and in odd directions through the ages ... basic stuff.

And it is up to YOU to stop it! You being the group of people who find an artefact of Mysterious Significance and must return it to the Keystone before Time is irrevocably damaged. Depending on numbers, there may be more than one group of people attempting this. You will traverse time and space and face strange events, creatures and people in your quest, and your only help will be in the form of your comrades and the resolutely ambiguous Librarian (my GM character, present to divulge occasional wisdom and keep the plot chugging along). Will you succeed? Will you be driven mad by an untimely Time? Will you forego saving the world for going to the pub and putting a paper bag over your head?

Would you join my game?

I'm perfectly willing to listen to suggestions for improvements - this is a very rough draft of an idea, and definitely needs further development. I'd love your input.
