Turtiana
Ah, the fortress pirate island of Turtiana! This is the nesting ground for the outlaws. There are no rules once you set afoot on this island, outside of the world's governments' jurisdiction. Those who travel through this land should be armed and dangerous. Also, be careful of entering the local taverns, because there will always be a bar fight going on between rival pirate crews. Drunken bodies and prostitutes litter the dirty streets. During the daytime, Turtiana is home to the infamous Oskuro Market a.k.a the Black Market, where one can find virtually anything from organs, illegal weapons, slaves, and stolen treasured heirlooms.
