Honestly I don't know what was a bigger lemon: the AMG's, the M-IV, or the Bricks.

I'm willing to defend the bricks on this one: they've fulfilled their role at SEPTA without any major retrofits or lawsuits/settlements between the transit authority and the manufacturer.

Between the AMG's and the M4's, well... I'd have to go with the M4's. They needed a rehab to keep them from falling apart less than six years into their service lives and they're on track for another one. For a subway car, that's pretty lame.

I wish that the AMG's lasted a little bit longer (like untill the price of gas goes back down), so that the 66 could be less crowded, but they did last a long time. Longer than any other fleet of bus I've ever seen!

Although everyone was surprised on how long they lasted, there is quite a few people here that did not shed a single tear when they was finally laid to rest. The AMGs was lemons from the second they rolled onto property with all kinds of problems (you can lay down a list of possible problems, and those things probably will hit them) but surprisingly soldiered through them.

The AMG: Loved by Few, Hated by Most, Respected by All. RIP.
