Brandon: As you are aware, the MTA has implemented the NEXTBus System. For the most part, it follows the 40 Line although there is a unit at Mondawmin. As time goes on, more NEXTBus units will be installed throughout the system. Chuck |

SEPTA did experiment with a similar system at 13-Market, 15-JFK, and Wissahickon Loop; just like everything else at SEPTA, it was a failure. I don't think those signs have been operable for a couple years, and they may have been removed by this point. If they were going to use such a system in the future (fat chance of that ever happening), 69 St Terminal would be a logical place to start. |
