What routes do you think should have this implemented first? Or at least, which divisions? Callowhill and the 15 would be great.

As you are aware, the MTA has implemented the NEXTBus System. For the most part, it follows the 40 Line although there is a unit at Mondawmin. As time goes on, more NEXTBus units will be installed throughout the system.

SEPTA did experiment with a similar system at 13-Market, 15-JFK, and Wissahickon Loop; just like everything else at SEPTA, it was a failure. I don't think those signs have been operable for a couple years, and they may have been removed by this point.

If they were going to use such a system in the future (fat chance of that ever happening), 69 St Terminal would be a logical place to start.
