Got a good sigting today!

The SEPTA RTS (the one on the historical roster that normally hides at Berridge) drove through Frankford TC this afternoon around 1:15 to 1:20 PM. I saw it pass the "Front" of the terminal (Rt 20 boarding rea) then head west along the Bridge St side of the depot before turning left on to Penn St and disapearing. I walked a lap around the depot to see if it may have gone inside, but it was no where to be found.

I must say, the thing looked to be in great shape.

Two and a half hours too late.

I, did walk around the block though to see if I could catch any more Neos driving around, but I didn't see any of them, nor did I see an RTS.

Central > Overbrook ;)

Anyways, there is some bus that is for Central students, but I have no idea what its route number is, or anything about it. It's usually a New Flyer that has the Orange Line OWL/BSS designation sign on. Anyone know anything about it?

That would be the C Express. I know it at least used to come off of the L. It runs to City Hall from Central. It stops only at Subway Stops from Olney to Spring Garden and then runs local to City Hall. It pulls into Midvale from there. This trip at one time ran all the way to Broad and Geary but was cut back a few years ago.

So, should it be faster than taking an express to City Hall?

Also, I assume its open to all students? Not certain ones? I've never heard anyone mention this bus in school.

Long live the Overbrook Panthers. Do any of ya'll have a schedule of the 2007-2008 season for their football/basketball teams?

Oh yeah, The 46 has(had) a trip leaving 58th & Baltimore Avenue sometime early in the morning going to 60th & Vine. They may have extended it to 60th & Columbia. Doesn't the 46 have at least one bus going to Overbrook High School in the am peak?

The C Express bus is open to all passengers. The FTA prohibits buses being reserved just for school kids.
