The changes I would like to see are as follows:

Make the 29 & 79 trackless routes again. I't relatively easy to do. I'd be greatful if Southern got 10 to 15 trackless units.

The 96 would be re-extended to Telford. The 98 would be re-extended to Oaks(via Egypt Road).

Where's the money for the 29 and 79?

Is there a possibility of adding an additional set of tracks ABOVE the current alignment?

I was thinking since Everyone is so concerned with Gas Prices and All. Septa should order more Kawasaki K Cars and restore lines 23, 56. Lines like 6, 53, and 60 should be Trackless, restore 29 and 79 in SouthPhilly. Maybe build a Light rail trolley line BLVD to Casino, maybe a lightrail trolley along the Schykill expressway ??
THAT'S BULL
Its not bull its an opinion dumbass
Trolleys and ETBs are good.A line to a Casino and along the Schykill expressway(whats the R6 for?)are BAD!!!

Why? A vast majority of the ridership id north of Chester and Church. Its still only select (and poorly timed) trips get those crush crowds to the Airport or UPS (shift changes). Overnight, US Air, TSA and UPS gets done around three. While the 108 do run to UPS via the Airport all night, all three is getting done so what happens is the 2.30, 2.50, and 3.15 via Airport trips are SROed to at least Elmwood and Passyunk where workers get off to catch the 36 (the 3.00 from UPS bypasses the Airport). The last nightliner leaves UPS at 4.15 (4368 Block - Joe check this) and the first day straight leaves at 5.05. This gets REALLY screwy comes December.

You have a good point, because the 108 will always get crowded going through Yeadon. Past Elmwood Ave is quite tricky. Sometimes it is crowded , sometimes it is not. Only time it is gauranteed to be crowded is when the shift changes occur down at the Airport, UPS, & ABC

Btw There is one trip from 69th St. (2:10 to UPS). I do believe that bypasses the Airport & the PNC Center
