thats not CTD, and why? they are used for express and skip-stop service due to their acceleration and breaking systems are not designed for local-type service.

service isn't high enough to warrant weekend express.

Eliminate all L buses that terminate at Rodney Street and Mount Airy Avenue since route H already serves that intersection.

Eliminate all L buses that terminate at Rodney Street and Mount Airy Avenue since route H already serves that intersection.

SEPTA must keep all of the route L trips terminating @ Rodney Street & Mount Airy Avenue. At times, the L can become a total nightmare in an instant.

Rodney & Mount Airy is the only place on the entire line where an operator can rest in solitude without hindering concerns. For the Rodney & Mount Airy trips, the ridership on the L thins out in East Germantown. Ridership is minimal to Washington Lane & non existent to Rodney Street. Easy flat run. Likewise for the inbound trips(some of them are timed to fall in behind the Plymouth Mall of Erdenheim trips.)

From Plymouth Mall with the individual banging on the doors begging the operator to let him/her in to pay a fare & sit or the throngs of schoolchildren @ Broad & Olney Avenue/Stenton Avenue-Washington Lane & Bethlehem Pike- oh how long it takes for traffic to move on Germantown Avenue at times. Upper Germantown Avenue(Northwestern trips) can really pose as an issue with a NABI(Germantown & Sunset or Waterman Avenues, inbound to Olney) That hill is interesting, along with Bells Mill Road sitting through the light.

I think that Frankford & Comly need combine opertations. Since they are minutes away from each other.

From Plymouth Mall with the individual banging on the doors begging the operator to let him/her in to pay a fare & sit...

Um...the layover spot for the buses is not at the bus stop...it's actually at the far end of the mall parking lot...in a very peaceful spot I might add.

The Rodney & Mt. Airy short turns are good as they can quickly address the strong points of the route (along Stenton and Wister) without wasting mileage. Do buses really need to go to Erdenheim that much though (especially with the 134 right there)? Why not just terminate in the loop (for some of those trips) - i think that would be more efficient.

I want those plastic window liners to be replaced with the stick on liners (like on the rail fleet). I'm disgusted by the stuff i see in between the window panes on a consistent basis.

Send the 27 to Midvale and put artics on any route schedules only when they are needed.

Better yet, end the lunacy that Allegheny has to be all artics, assign 40' busese there, and return 9, 32 and 61 there. Move 6 and some artics to Midvale. The 100% artic situation at Allegheny is nuts and was a bad decision made to spite riders.
