When something happens on the MFSE, on the West Philadelphia side, the 21 gets hammered from end to end. The 10,11,13, 34 & 36 get hammered the length of the surface car subway tunnel. On the east end, they're basically up the creek, for the 3 & 5 don't provide a high concentration of service. |

it all has to do with population. For instance the route 6 bus is always hammered and it is not even a shuttle, thats why rte 6 bus are always articulated |
