what bays are you talking about

your not thinking of keeping the buses in the bays as in keeping them in the boarding place where passengers board the buses

They can't leave the trackless units outside, because of the diesel motor I was told.
I wonder why?

For the same reason they keep heat to the bays. If the diesels get too cold, they will have serious difficulty starting up.

Where is this trackless yard you speak of? or Where was it?

The outside parking at Frankford on the East end has overhead wires so they can store the TT's there.

when 800 is back they better put it on rt59

The fleet will fill the needs for all three limes, 59, 66 & 75.
Expect a mixture of New Flyer buses and trackless for quite a while though.
Rumor has it the first batch of trackless will be on the early morning straight runs.
