I've been on the Frankford 5700s and one of them did have the cams.
Mostly I've seen the cams on the E40LF. (Ive been on 806 and 808 and they have cams as well).

The Department of Homeland Secuirty is offering some type of grant/deal to transit authorities to install camera on their vehicles. Also, every vehicles ordered from now on, will have camera install on them. This means the New Flyer DE40LFRs will have camera on them. By the way, there are a lot of Frankford buses with camera on them. 5535, 36, 38, and 39 do have them, as well as my bus, 5781.
