From what I gather, the depots of routes 17, 18, 21, 23, 26, 42, 47, 70, 108, and R, will get the hybrids.

Also at callowhill we got notice doing the general picking that all route 21 will go to 69th street terminal not 61st and pine and we dont know if it is permanent or not but for now thats the word.

Yeah they are over crowded routes they need some artics also maybe they will add artics sooner or later

It says that 17 18 21 23 26 42 47 70 108 and R will have the new hybrids on them probably meaning that what ever depot the routes are assigned to the hybrids will go to you are right but why frankford has 1 route with the hybrid

Remember a while back new artics are in the planning stages too and with all major players like newflyer and nabi have major backlogs that order would need to be placed sooner than later as septa takes a closer look around at different routes they are going to find they need more than 155 artics more like 200 to 220. The investment to upgrade the engines in the artics should be made like a cummins or cat engine.

That may explain why I saw 7111 sitting @ Franklin Mills Mall (parking lot next to JC Pennys) yesterday afternoon (a few minutes after 12 noon).
