Yes, but not every trip. I'd much prefer better off-peak service though...no reason why the 50 should be running at 30 minute headways - same with the 20 in the evenings.

Those buses get quite packed!

You should see weekend service on the 20. Several runs desperately need artics.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember back in the day me and my fam went to Franklin mills mall weekly, the 20 (NABI) that we rode was so crowded I couldn't see out any windows, and we were crammed into the back door steps until about the Archbishop Ryan HS area! that ride NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDZZZZ R-TIXXXXX BBBAAAAAADDLY.....
but not all 20 rides need them. Artics on the night owl might not be too cool for the sleepers in the area. The DE41LFs will work out great due to the quietness of the hybrids

Well on the BLVD, drivers need the speed, and the hybrids (the ones I've ridden on) does not have decent acceleration. The majority of the hybrids seemed to be red light magnets. I do like the quietness though, but thanks for the quietness - another problem results from it.

I'm sure the 20 doesn't need artics in the evening. Of course, I fail to see how a SEPTA Neoplan AN460 is louder than a SEPTA NABI 416 or a whooshing 55/5900 series New Flyer...

Everybody has fail to realized why septa is not gonna put artics on the 20 on a permanent basis, and it called the 50. That is the reason why the 50 was created so it ease the ridership on the 20. So people who is gonna work, or shop at Franklin Mills have a quicker ride. All i think is the 50 needs to run more and that would help some more but not artics.
