do you think 20 should of got artic also
Yes, but not every trip. I'd much prefer better off-peak service though...no reason why the 50 should be running at 30 minute headways - same with the 20 in the evenings.

Those buses get quite packed!
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember back in the day me and my fam went to Franklin mills mall weekly, the 20 (NABI) that we rode was so crowded I couldn't see out any windows, and we were crammed into the back door steps until about the Archbishop Ryan HS area! that ride NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDZZZZ R-TIXXXXX BBBAAAAAADDLY.....
but not all 20 rides need them. Artics on the night owl might not be too cool for the sleepers in the area. The DE41LFs will work out great due to the quietness of the hybrids
I'm sure the 20 doesn't need artics in the evening. Of course, I fail to see how a SEPTA Neoplan AN460 is louder than a SEPTA NABI 416 or a whooshing 55/5900 series New Flyer...
You make a point there. I did get used to hearing them on the 18, but at least the 20 doesn't have the roary 5600-series Flyers, which wake up anybody living within a hundred-mile radius of it

Those 5600s were much worse before they were overhauled, as I'm sure you know. The whooshing and screeching was ridiculous. Even regular folks would turn their heads at the atrocious sound!

I like how the 5600's sounded before they were overhauled! They sounded like flutes, kinda.
