#800 is not at Courtland any more. Where it went, we don't know, maybe Frankford?

We need spotters!

This morning, 12-23-08, Rte. 59-2003 block had coach 833, This is the driver that's always cold no matter what, and 833 was written up for no heat yesterday. It never got fixed last night. The driver has it and called control , he has to do 3 trips on the 59 and then they may swap him off with 59-2002. SEPTA has a serious problem with Trackless heat, like they can't get it to work right.
Every coach I've been on, blows minimal heat from the bottom finned area alongside the bottom wall, and cold air from the top slits. You have to wear a parka or hoody thing to ride.

Rte. 75 -2102 has 804, pretty decent heat.

Well, 59-2002 had bad heat also, he had to operate from 5:15 AM to 9:50 AM with this coach. The intended swap at 7:45 AM described above never happened, they had to bring another coach out.
The bad heat on the Trackless is a monumental problem at Frankford. Brand new vehicles, acting this way, terrible.

Did anybody hear about the bad "R" bus accident today, 12/23/08, at Pratt & Castor around 9 AM? 13 people ,including the driver were hurt. I don't know the bus number.

800 is hidden inside Frankford somewhere. I can't find out anymore.

I forgot to post this, but on a occasional ride on a pull-in from Arrott to FTC, it's not hard to notice how slowly the trackless goes up Frankford Ave. The wire is in such bad, shape, kinked, that the poles bounce and make that beeping noise on the dash. If you go too fast, you can lose your poles, one operator told me. SEPTA had plenty of time to get the wires "under the El" in better shape, and never did it.

Tell me if 800 has the emergency dome light on the pole on top.
