SEPTA made it in 1999.
It actually started on January 15, 2001 for the second part of Septs's "revitalization" of its lower Bucks County routes.

The first part consisted of the following: cutting the 14's service to Oxford Valley Mall down from every half-hour to every hour; replacing the 20's Neshaminy Mall routing with an extension of the 130, extending the 127 (OVM-Trenton) and 128 (OVM-Bristol) to Neshaminy Mall while re-routing existing routes; and extending the 130 to Franklin Mills Mall (via the 20's routing w/minor changes) and to Bucks County Community College while discontinuing all trips to Oxford Valley Mall. This phase took place in November, 2000.

The second part was as follows: major revision of the 129's routing so that it would serve Franklin Mills as well as several industrial areas; the creation of new routes 203 , serving Woodbourne Station, Oxford Valley Mall, and other local commercial areas, and the 304, providing service between City Line and Bristol Station via Cornwells Heights Station and State Road corridor. This phase took place on January 15, 2001.

Since then, numerous changes took place, including, the discontinuing of the 203, routing changes on the 128 and 130, and increasing service to Oxford Valley Mall on the 14 to every half-hour.

The 68 used to be a route called M. The M served radiated from Southern depot & served the Philadelphia International Airport.

The M became the 68 sometime in 1988, & it retained the same exact routing of the M(maybe with a minor routing change in South Philadelphia).

I am not sure as to when the 68 stopped serving the Philadelphia International Airport, however, at one time, the 68 served the airport.

I believe that the UPS routing associated with the curren t route 68 is something that came about in later years.

I don't know about you all, but the 304 looks like if it was assigned to Comly there would be a better deadhead. It should be extended to Frankford Terminal or Ta. If not then why not just assign it to Comly?
