I don't know about you all, but the 304 looks like if it was assigned to Comly there would be a better deadhead. It should be extended to Frankford Terminal or Ta. If not then why not just assign it to Comly?
Well said.

Or even better, have the route 19 absorb most of the 304 routing & extend the 19 from Torresdale Station to Bristol via State Road(through Andalusia, Cornwells Heights & Croydon).

The only drawback to this would be that the City Line loop would only have the 66 & 129 routing.

Two blocks south of City Line is the 84 at Morell Avenue!
So, It really wouldn't matter if one route is Missing

The 303 and 304 buses from the mid-1990's were shuttle routes connecting the then new PNC Operations Center near the airport. One bus started from Broad and Oregon, the other from Suburban Station; IIRC, they were shuttles that were in effect prior to the opening of Eastwick Station.

Speaking of 303, there was a proposed route that would've connected Doylestown with the PA 132 corridor through Central and Lower Bucks County before ending at either Franklin Mills or Neshaminy Mall.

Interesting about the old 303 and 304 routes.

The proposed "new" 303 would have run from Doylestown to Neshaminy Mall via the Street Road (PA 132) corridor. It was revised to serve a new market, but the final proposal has yet to be determined.

In my opinion, PA 132 definitely needs a route, but that's a whole 'nother thread.
