Frontier; what's running out there

Another question, why should Frontier operate Routes 127, 128, 129, 130 and 304? Those routes are way far away from their home depot, and if a bus breaks down it would be a long ride to get a backup bus. Should they assign those routes to...Comly, perhaps?
The big reason: COST.

Frontier's costs are significantly less than the City Division. Also, there's usually at least one protect bus staging at Oxford Valley (at least there was as of a few years ago).

Yes, there is a report bus for Frontier at Oxford Valley Mall. I've heard control contact this one several times to swap with buses on the street in Bucks County.

Additionally Comly is just about as far away from the Bucks County routes as Frontier maybe...but Frontier can better manage those routes with smaller buses.

Although a 20 mile deadhead is somewhat excessive...but at least that's 20 miles on the turnpike than in local traffic on the Boulevard.
