7011 WAS preserved! I dunno who was responsible for the decision to scrap it (it would've been old enough to be registered as an Antique vehicle this year), but he/she/they need to be slapped upside the head(s). |

Don't think of it as an "order" per se, but more of the next batch of buses...order isn't the best choice of word. Unfortunately, SEPTA ordered at least 400 of these slowbrids, with an option for 20 additional buses each year. Therefore, each painful year SEPTA will throw it's wrath by bestowing either 100 or 120 of these vehicles upon us...until 2011. |
