The second suspect probably went into the train station to catch a train. I have not seen a train enter Fern Rock in over 30 mins.

Fox's website is reporting that the officer has died. Ugh, what's wrong with city?? It's in such a disarray.

It's happening all over. We had a gas station robbery in my quiet neighborhood , near Exton, PA.
They kicked the guy , stole credit cards and all the money. The station re-opened the next day.

I mean I can't believe this has happened once again and I swear to myself I would never go to Broad and Olney ever again since when I use to go up to Abington my parents would be worried sick about me everytime I would go there and I'm lucky I wasn't even there when it happened. I do have friends who are cops with the Philadelphia Police including one who I used to work for at the Roxborough YMCA before he left to join the force.

I am just thankful my mother got home just before the incident happened. Her daily commute takes her through OTC and mines to. On my way to the Eye institute. I passed by the 35th district on Broad and Grange and it was hard to stop the tear coming in my eyes. It's sad. I only saw 3 cabbies or Haks waiting a block away from OTC. I did see Channel 6's Chad Perdelli (he is aging). This is the third time I have been in the area of a officer being shot and killed. And the second time being in the area of where a 35th District officer has been killed.

I grew up in West Oak Lane , so the 35th police District is near and dear to be.
I resided at 1611 E. Tulpehocken St. 3 little blocks to the XH bus(which was the H-1 back then).

Don't avoid B&O just because somebody was shot there. The one guy was beat up on the BSL. Are you going to avoid that? Another guy was beat up and died near the MFL platform last year. Are you going to avoid that, too?
