Um...8228...I rode it on the C and it was a bit sluggish today. acceleration was ok but once it hit 25 mph it didn't seem to go any faster. now THAT's a slow-brid. 5619 left it in the dust. 8223 is still my all time favorite hybrid. It is serving route 23; 8233 on the H
8231 was serving route 491 to 8th-girard. 8231 is my new stalker.

Ridden on 8228 on sunday, and it seemed pretty good when I've ridden on it.
I have yet to ride on a 08-09 that accelerates as fast as 56xxH when there were brand new. Their acceleration was pretty sharp and consistent until at least 40 mph!! I remember the very first time I've ridden on one we were going 35 MPH+ on streets on the route 17. Usually diesel buses would top out around 28 MPH on these streets. About a few years ago, they started getting to these buses...

You see the C isn't really a fast route and usually the drivers on there don't put the hammer to the ground. I'm being stalked by 8153, its either on the 44, 40, or 52!! I can understand why because this bus is pretty fast at lower speeds, but jeez!!

8234 went past me on the 26.
A blind man would say "Hey when did my neighbor get a new Harley?"
No I'm just exaggerating but it sounded like a 5600 as it went past me. (I was in another bus).
8222 was deadheading, 8229 was on the 26 and 8230 was serving route C
