Nice video! Those buses run and sound much better with the ISL. They are my least favorite buses out there when DD50 powered.

Apparently OC Transpo artic #6459 is at Ross Garage for some reason. It is a D60LFR currently on deliever to the OC Transpo. PAT has also had a Dayton Gillig Advantage at a garage not too long ago, as well as the Xcelsior passing through last year.

I noticed New Castle Transit has Gillig Phantoms that appear to be built in the mid 2000s. Are they 96" wide or 102" wide?

They're 102 wide by the look of it and it has been standard since then

From watching Jayayess1190's Youtube video of New Castle Area Transit the lastest Gilligs are 102" wide. And they do sound like they have Cummins ISM engines. As far as when it was standard for Gillig Phantoms. I think 2006 was the first year Gillig Phantoms became standard in the 102" width. Sometimes I think for the future I may move to Pittsburgh but I have to visit Pittsburgh to see if it is a good place to move. If not I will stick with Philly. I would like to get out of Baltimore eventually.

Port Authority service cuts, fare increases, and laying offs could begin March 13th:
Post Gazette
Post Gazette

48 routes gone, weekend service eliminated on 13 routes, and cause cuts here and there on all other routes. 555 of 2755 employee's laid off.

Also Titan, the ad agency that sells ads for Septa will now also now sell ads for Port Authority.

Perhaps the most attack that will be faced in next year pending on newly elected Govenor that is Rep. Tom Corbett whose pledge to not raise tax while cutting unneccsary spending. Perhaps the tranpsortation budget will be among the victims of it. I'm guessing everyone in the state including SEPTA could be facing a doomsday budget.

Compare this new video to this video, and you will see why I am disappointed in my new camera not having stereo mic's like the old one did.

Does some new camera including compact model has a great mic on capturing the audio?

By the way, what camera did you use that it does not had that feature?
