8015 is a New Flyer D40LF located @ Southern Depot. But can it be considered an oddball? Why? Well did anyone else ever see 8015? Well if you noticed its destination sign is different compared to other New Flyers. Its destination sign is pushed off to the right side of bus smaller but will still display the Route and its destination. What do you think about 8015? Is it an oddball? |

It has what we call "The BenFrankLiner" syndrome. Like how 3440-3449 appeared to have the front sign all the way over because of the deactivated route sign, the TwinVision signs have that same problem, usually after getting its database reloaded. The front and side signs are read off the same file and because the side is scaled for that board, the front has to format that message down to view properly. Fully reloading the sign database and checking the format settings will fix it quick. |

It's just like 5516 of Frankford, so yeah it is an oddball. |

i don't got the picture of it. But if you go to the 2001-03 new flyer gallery and page 12, you see a 5516 on the 88. |

Personally I can't call it a Oddball since I myself could go in and fix the sign myself. |

Nah, I wouldn't consider it an oddball, since a minor software adjustment can be fixed. Various New Flyers have had that issue, which was later fixed. Oddballs are permanent differences/modifications that permanently make the bus different from the rest of the fleet. |

5584 was like that for a good while between 2006 and 2007. It even went thru the overhaul process and didn't have the problem corrected. But as a site manager i can assure you something like that will never even be added to the oddball page! |
