Why were all the Neo's moved to Frankford and put on trackless service? Why did they get the luck of having Neo's operate on them? Why not have let them run their last service out of Midvale, or another depot (though Midvale would have been best)?

only reason i can think of is that they got replaced by the trackless, which were assigned to Frankford... if any other depot got the buses... there would have to be alot of switching upon the retirement of the Neoplans.....

I agree with SEPTA kid. It's probably easier to just replace buses in one depot instead of having to do the SEPTA bus shuffle among depots.
