I've seen it a couple of times now - a GM old-look is parked in a trailer yard alongside the Amtrak corridor on the east side north of Ashburner St. It's parked with its back end against the fence adjacent to the tracks and the number 319 is visible below the markers (where PTC put the numbers as well). 319 wouldn't be a PTC/SEPTA bus unless it's 319x but it's not easy to tell whether it's a 35 or 40 footer (or smaller for that matter). Anyone have any other info on this?

In the early 2000's, Creighton Rabs' original "Frankford Terminal" website had several historical SEPTA, PTC, & PRT fleet rosters, complied by Michael Greene. Here's a link:

SEPTA never had an GM Old Look bus numbered 319, but it DID have a 1955 Marmon-Herrington trackless trolley numbered 319. Could that be the 319 you are seeing?

No, it's definitely a GM bus.
