One of the orions had chains on the wheels SEPTA should try that and see how it works out and also the darn snow drift in one photo is higher than the train platform by what looks like 8inches or more holy crap!!!!

Yeah I wonder why SEPTA doesn't have chains for the buses. They'd be useful in our turf when the snow gets heavy.

It's just amazing to see what happened in NY. What a mess! Almost looks like a movie scene.
