In the San Fran Bay area there are a number of transit agencies which offer free or reduced rate fares to the area homeless to help get them to medical care and job interviews etc. Read the full article below. I'm almost sure SEPTA doesn't have a program, but there are likely social services/agencies that work with the homeless to try to get them out on their own. |
