New schedule and new problems on the 65. Missed trips, overcrowding and late buses.

With the new schedule the 65 has been revamped. Still have blocks from Alleghany and Callowhill but all changed around. 9161 blcok off the 30 now works the 65 midday and 9303 block off the 40 was seen in the afternoon. Around 3:30 this afternoon saw 9616 block pulling into 69th St. to start a trip. There is no more MFO blocks covering the 65 in the AM. 7:13 and 7:21 AM trips were to be pull outs from Callowhill that never showed up.

Sorry had to vent somewhere.....

This is how SEPTA is cutting service. Sure they tell you your service won't be affected but then the schedule changes and your bus is not on the schedule anymore.

You both are right, the 65 this schedule picking has have some drastic changes like the elimination of one bus on there during the day. I certainly hope that the 7:13 as well as the 7:21 trips are correctly blocked and assigned out. Not too sure why SEPTA have way more interlining blocks on the 65 then before, though! As noticed Allegheny has less share on the route now as well, the highest block I saw so far is 5205, before it was 5209. Also the highest block on the 65 is now 9616, up from 9614.

Also noticed on the route 44, that buses pull in and pull out during the midday hours. I have never witness that before this picking, usually the buses that be on the route 44 during the day starts out during the morning rush hour. they normally do not pull in until the evening rush hour.

A few corrections to this:

Blocks 9901 & 9903 still have work on the 65. Block 9901 covers the 5:24 and 7:05 trips out of 69th Street before pulling in...9903 block covers the 6:18 and 8:11 trips before pulling in..

The 7:13 trip from 69th Street actually isn't a pullout from the Hill, that's block 5200..
