So, no backwards facing seats like older Nova's have?

I can't figure out why such a small number of buses is being delivered over a 4 year period?

The cut in Septa's funding is the reason for the small order with a combination of the artics having to be ordered this time around costing much more than a 40 ft.bus but if you look at the fleet the 5400's and 5500's will have reached useful life spand but there is no funding in place thats why they found it easier to overhaul the 5400's so close to retirement they are going to have to last little longer but there is going to be a bus order just after the first nova's start rolling in it would have to be if not the 5400's 5500's 5600's and 5700's will have expired by the time the last novabus is delivered.

Wow. I certainly like the specifications of the new Nova's. The shape of the wheel wells looks like the ones off of the Neoplan. Just think of the new Nova's as your modern day RTS bus but way better.
