To: New Glory Wrestling Federation, Thad Inc., and all singed competitors From: The desk of Jonathan Kaos, representative of Team We Own You and Quackers® Date: Sepetember 27th, 2006 Subject: The basic outline to all Television Championship Bouts under the reign of John Kaos To whom it may concern, It has come to the attention of the reigning Television Champion (And representative of NGPW's Tuesday Night Glory) that there has yet to be an established set of rules for the contests. This memo will clearly state these guildlines to the matches henceforth. They are as follows: 1.) Matches will fall under the premise of a strict time limit. Exceeding the time limit without a definate winner results in a draw and the Champion retains his title. 2.) Unless otherwise stated, the first meeting between a new contender (or an old contender who had suffered a loss to the reigning champion) shall be for thirty (30) minutes. Should that contest go to a draw, a rematch can be granted upon the challenger's request for a time extension, going to sixty (60) minutes. Should that contest also go to a draw, the challenger can then call for a "Last Chance" match where there no longer is a time limit to abide by. 3.) Unless otherwise stated, there is no count-out. There are disqualifications, however, for the purpose use of foreign objects. Pinfall or submission attempts are only valid inside the ring. 4.) Should any current challenger lose to the current champion, they lose their spot in the ranking unless otherwise stated. The champion, should he choose to do so, can defend the title against a challenger at will. 5.) The Champion can change his theme at will, and you cannot bitch. 6.) These rules can be changed, modified, or abolished to meet the Champion's needs. These said rules are to be followed and respected. They govern a now respectable championship of the New Glory Wrestling Federation and, thereby, should be treated as such. A final note from the reigning and current champion follows: "Even with the rules, no one can beat me in thirty minutes." Thank you for your time. Signed, Team W. O. Y. ™ |

Forgot this main point to the rules, OOC wise: If the time runs out while a pin is in play/finisher is being done, all of the reverses (outside of the initial fin reverse) turn to kick outs. |
