How would you rate RCWF's performance?
It's going about the best that it can go. I can't think of anything really to make it go better. 26 (72.2%)
There's a couple of things that could make it better and more organized, I'll post them as a response. 8 (22.2%)
The RCWF seems disorganized and a mess. There's way too many things that aren't completed yet. I'll post them as a response. 2 (5.6%)

How would you rate RCWF's performance as an e-fed? You can post with honest opinions, as this is the polling center and your opinions do matter. Please respond with the reason why you voted the way you did.

If you have past experiences in former e-feds, please share your stories as a comparison why RCWF might be better or worse than your participation in past e-feds.

Feedback is very welcome, no matter what your standing is in the RCWF. I like to hear constructive criticism from everyone.

There's really nothing you can do about it, but it really bums me out about how broken and glitched Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 is.

It's just ridiculous that the AI can't seem to put on a decent match half the time, or the matches end up either fifteen minutes long or three. There's really no middle ground. And don't even get me started about those infinite spam roll-up glitches. It's just unfair to whoever is on the losing side of that match. I know usually when things like that happen you restart the match, but it just happens so often that it's hard to care. Another horrible, horrible glitch is that one where you have a manager and it's basically glitched so that you lose. I find myself wanting to show up for the shows less and less because I sit and wait for my match and then it's in no way rewarding, or my CAW just jobs out. There's almost no fun in it for me. Again, there's nothing you can do about that, that's THQ's fault.

I know I'm no saint about this, but I can't stress the importance of promos enough to keep people interested. The problem is, though, is that you'll start storylines for people and either they just completely ignore them or whine and whine about how they don't want it to happen like that, or blah blah blah. Not only is it irritating, but it's frustrating when we've been working to put over new guys and they just drop the ball.

I guess one way we can fix the SvR problem is that you, for storyline reasons, can take control of one of the people in the matches, which you've done before. The couple of times this has happened the matches have been so much more epic and god forbid the main event of a PPV we hold be longer than five minutes. The main event of Snowbrawl was awesome ... after you had to restart it. Jeez, I hate this fucking game.

I also need to do more Dungeon promos, sorry to everyone that is affected by that. Life has been getting in the way a lot, my bad my bad.

I would like for people to still vote in the poll and offer any other words in this thread.

It can be encouragement, thanks, criticism, whatever. I want to hear it all if you have got to say it.

Yeah, really! People that are voting that everything is fine the way it is, at least say why you feel that way. Words of encouragement are just as powerful as criticism. Tad's not a robot. It would be nice for him to have that continued passion to continue doing this. You should all know how quickly you can burn out on doing this. Now with all the work Tad is doing, multiply that by at least fifty times.

My favorite thing about the RCWF is that we are all like a huge dysfunctional family. Everyone has problems in life, but you can come to the JTV room at almost any time of the day and find someone to talk to and keep your mind off of things. It's really great that we all share a love for not only wrestling but for sports, movies, games, etc. I've made so many friends over the years, some of whom who I've been friends with for longer than my friends I see every day. Fuck whoever said you can't make real friends over the internet.

(I'm on my phone so I can't go into a lot of detail) I voted the second option for a few reasons. First off is the shitty AI in SVR 11. I agree with what Jimi said, but a couple more flaws I see is the kip up (basically a no sell. I hate it.) and the hot tag (which gives that team a near automatic win reguardless of who's in control). Also the pinning is too easy and the submission systems is too difficult. I know none of this is Tad's fault, but I'm sure there are ways to work around a few of these issues. Secondly is people who sign up then is never heard from again. I think we need to put all newcomers on a probationary period. If they behave (don't trash talk, respect the elders, etc. (that also means we welcome him/her with open arms, and then "haze" them later)), promo (no matter how crappy there are, everyone can improve), and show up, then they can be added to the dungeon roster. Half of that roster is inactives and it isn't fair for Tad to have to clean it out every 3 months.

The reason I picked everything is fine is because I really dont have a problem with anyone or anything Tad is doing. I honestly like the way things are...but my main problem is something Tad can not fix and that is the game AI.

But like Jimi said I love how I can go into the room at any moment in time and there would probably be someone in there to talk to. I have honestly have gain so much love for RCWF. It has helped me through get over drama and bs just being in the chat and joking and talking to everyone. We maybe a dysfunctional family but I wouldnt change this for anything.

If I could help you in any way just tell me. So Thank you Tad for everything you have done.

But hey it could be worse we could have a fat dumb black bitch in the fed that has a skinny white moley rat as a boyfriend

(phone limits my characters) Lastly is to everyone. Just a few things I notice and I know I'm not perfect on them either. We're all in this thing together, whether it be 10 years or 10 days. I see lots of hate going around, and I'm not saying that we need to like everyone, but we might as well just at the minimum put up with each other. Scaring off people we don't like doesn't help things at all, and it gives off a bad rep for us. Instead, just ingore him, or if it gets really bad tell him to straighten up or kick him out. Only Tad should be able to remove people, not half the chat getting on some immature kid who doesn't know anything. Lastly, let Tad do his thing. If he has an idea for you appearance wise or in storyline, it's probably a good idea. There's a reason why this is still alive for near 11 years, while others have faded into obscurity. Those are just some thoughts I had to share.

And I believe it was Jimi who mentioned the dysfuntional family thing. That pretty much sums us up. We may make fun of each other and mess around, but we also got each other's backs if something goes down in our lives. Plus it's good to know that there's always somebody online to chat with, no matter the time of day. I've made a bunch of new friends in this thing, and I'm having a lot of fun doing this, which should be the most important part. I hope this aspect of fed never changes.

Razor basically said what I was going to....but I might as well post. I had picked the 1st one by accident, I was 3/4 asleep when I voted btw.

1)(bad)When I was in Dungeon, I used to read the MR promos just to see what I had to compete with when I got up there, but now that i read other promos people have posted(very few), I think to myself, "How did I think these were good? And how is he even on main roster just by judging his promos?" I know its kinda stupid, but its true, main roster promos that I read when I was in dungeon just arent as good as I thought they were 8 months ago (started watching when Rising Force was on, didnt know u could join til` I saw the site on June 10th. :D) and I still wonder why they are on the main roster, it may be because they have been here awhile, but idk, you all prolly know who I'm talkin about, too.

2)(bad) The AI/submission/no selling/leverage pin/spam roll up/Troy Sharp;) /etc. etc. that stuff in this post btw.

3)(bad) Uhm....."them."

4) (good) I love popping in chat and just typin away with the RCWF guys and gals when I got nothin` else better to do. Maybe havin a lil BS chat match for shits n` giggles.

"Now i am going to do something i like to call a "compliment sandwich" where I say something bad that has been happening, then i say a good thing, and finish off with another problem."-Stewie Griffin

(Bad)Tad's lack of PG commentary....Cmon bro, you gotta work on it ;) just messin wit ya.....

(Good) Tad's paint tools/attire/everything skill.I didnt think that Tad's messin with Pedro's extra attires would be good, but turned out they look super sexified. same for Max Krimson's Meat Boy paint tool attire and "Meat Wad" J.C. Williams(anyone know where he is btw?)

(bad) People with egos. This isnt Tad's fault, but some of these people need a reality check. Check yo-self before you wreck yo-self.

*looks back at his posts*Well, besides that, RCWF IS SEXIFIED AMAZING SUPER DEE DUPER! WE'RE SO GOOD, "they" STEAL FROM US BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO TALENT! YAAAAAAAAAAAAY :pimp:

"If it ain't broke, don`t fix it."-Thomas Bertram

P.S.Tad, you know excluding a few minor issues, RCWF is god, you know why?

Look to RCWF.Now look at BWC-Now back to RCWF.Sadly, they aren't us.But if they stopped being such whiny, stealing whorebags and switched to originality, they could (10% chance) be on our level.Look at JTV-Look at USTREAM. Where are we now? We've taken over the internet by a storm. What's on the RCWF website? Back at me. I have it. A copyright symbol on all that stuff you have.Look again. the copyright now extends to TV.Anything is possible when an E-Fed lasts 14 years and not 14 months. We've won this pointless war. (Yeah, I did an RCWF version of the old spice commercial, wassupwitdat?

I always argue both for and against something. It's a good means to an end. Overall, RCWF has performed quite well for a number of reasons, but we do have our negative aspects.

The biggest of which is the fact that we seem over-populated with trolls. Before in the chats, we did have our fair share of trolls, but they were easily eliminated because everything was match-based. Eventually, they would have to do a match, look pathetic and would then be dismissed. Here, all they do is show up, spam whatever stupid shit gets them attention, and repeat it. When Snowman did it, he stood out. He was the first on JTV. But we've had many copy cats show up, and it gets old and does take away from the product. Acting and typing like a retarded person does not get you over. Jumping in skype to act like a typical, brain-dead pot head does not get you over. Spamming ANYTHING, even laughter, in skype just pisses people off to the point we do mute the channel. The Dungeon does act like a good filter, but it clearly isn't 100%. Jokes eventually wear thin.

The second problem is what Jimi touched on: Good promos. I'll give you an example because I really don't give a fuck: The Hammer's response to Mike Metal's promo. Yes, it's a scenario that was recently used and failed to be even the slightest bit entertaining (outside of the idea that Hammer pimps out his daughter to the talent in order to remain relevant) and, Yes, it made little sense. Hell, I had a whole story for Mike Metal and Jake Rogers that I was pitching him and he turned it down for Hammer, and then Hammer responds with the "ohnos i will get yew my pretty @#$@$@#$%*$@#$" crap.

That isn't how you do a promo and that isn't how you get a story off the ground. As much as you think wins and losses are what you live or die by to get ahead, look at Eddie Cool. 2 and 5 on Demo, and he's the champ. Why? Because he worked on evolving his character from the goodie-goodie babyface into a snake heel and is moving forward to revert into a power face. He, along with Murda' and his character evolution, focused more on the story. I wouldn't care if they had one win between then, and it was over the other person, they're presenting a consistant, original story and it will be pushed. They don't worry about the CAS, sending me shit "I need this, this and this done for this week" every week. They aren't messaging me "I have no idea what I am supposed to promo about." That initiative!

That brings me to the third problem I see, which is one I started. I thought it would be a good idea to let people know ahead of time what stories they were going to get involved in. That was a bad idea. Tad doesn't always use the script I send, as it would be anywhere, so things change. Then, like a lost puppy, no one knows where to go. How people have trouble adapting, I couldn't tell you. So following Brutal Reunion, you've gotta watch shows to know what's going on. That way, the shows become way more exciting, like they used to be when we first got on youtube. And if you're still confused, God help you.

But we are doing a lot of things right. Far more than those three points. The guys who get it keep pushing to make things better. A lot are understanding that they need to make their guy stand out with a character aspect as opposed to just being some hard ass. As a fed, we stand out from the others with our Viewer Interaction Shows, or gimmick shows like PG week. BWC is just a copyright away from plagerism, but also immitation is the sincerest form of flattery. So kudos to them for making us look great by ripping off our ideas. Snowbrawl, custom themes, commercials, Nate Moore, all are things RCWF brought to the forefront. And we continue with duel casts, networking with Riot Network, and NextGen.

Heres how i see it from day one and then moving towards painkiller

Day one, I think was watching a john kaos match and was like "Omg I want in CAW and story lines too" so I signed in. Obv with my gimmick I stood out to tad. I was just going what I would be if I was a wrestler, a cocky gambler who does no wrong. So I go in the dungeon with it and immediately I'm in feud with someone prob across America or Europe where ever I loved that. Then I learned about chat matches and that's where I got me. Thats one thing I enjoyed, Also with promos and learning from others where I can improve. The feud with the freak i had was great for me because it gave me a chance to explain my character more. Why does he need the coin? What about his background? All these questions and more were answered and I enjoyed every minute of it. (on a side note I wanna thank tad and the rest of head staff of RCWF for picking my feud with the freak for feud of the year. I know I didn't win but the fact that me and the freak were chosen must mean something.) Now get I drafted to Painkiller the main show, obv I put my big boy pants begin to promo my ass off. I think that's where RCWF is great at too. Letting dungeon guys come to the main event, obv there have been fails but it didn't effect us one bit. We were just live Whatever here's a new guy for you. I Still can't believe tad or anyone in the head staff wanted me to be in main show, not saying I don't like being in the main show, I'm just dumbfounded that I was chosen. Now that my guy is in still continuing to lose (lol) nah seriously I love even when I lose because it give me a chance to go, OK I lost how would my character react to that? I don't know who said it but its said, "When its no longer fun, you know your in trouble" RCWF is still fun despite my guy losing or a feud where I had to come up with something different.

(Phew all that I still love this company lol)
And you can take THAT to the bank.

I voted #2 on this poll but I have a slew of ideas that could potentialy make RCWF more beast then it is.

One thing i will get into is the time I spent away. Im sorry for that. I know it was family shit, but still I shouldve at least watched some shows. Jimi hit a good number of other probelms on the head. but I will reply in a post tomorrow. prolly after I get my new promo which im working on (its big) done.

Thanks for the time Tad. J T

I vote for (D) The RCWF keeps getting better organically. Things are evolving and the federation gets better everyday.

And to what Jimi and Marc said about promos, I agree. Especially with this:

"I know I'm no saint about this, but I can't stress the importance of promos enough to keep people interested. The problem is, though, is that you'll start storylines for people and either they just completely ignore them "

I know I'm notorious for my lack of participation, but I can't tell you how many times I've cut a promo only for it to go nowhere. There's only so much self-promoting I can tolerate before I lose my interest. I'd rather work a low level feud with someone fresh out of The Dungeon than have random shots for the World Title. I've taken the initiative a number of times only for nothing to happen, so why cut promos anymore at this point?

I'm going to give it a try with Nextgen, because I think that show (another great new dimension of RCWF) has a lot of potential.

If anyone is interested in working a feud with yours truly, my AIM is UW Assassin or you can talk to me at tonight's event.

OTHER than that, RCWF is doing very well. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, need I say more?

RCWF has...

-5 shows on two different websites.
-Over a million views.
-An active forum, with archives going back 6 years.
-A Vault of RCWF matches, awards, events and PPV's going back ten years.
-A Hall of Fame.
-World Titles that actually mean something. The titles in RCWF have history, a lot of history.
-Tournaments with prizes.
-EWR
-A new generation of roleplayers interested in the Chat days of RCWF.
-A bot and dice string for JTV, courtesy of Justin Rom.
-Custom themes, courtesy of John Kaos.
-The best CAWs in town. Tad puts extensive detail into each character.
-A library of past JTV events on YouTube.
-A Wikipedia, Twitter & Facebook.

And most importantly, the most dedicated owner, with ten years+ of experience under his belt, who actually cares enough about this federation to be the best by any means necessary. I can't tell you how many times Tad and I have fought and butted heades over the years, but I can honestly admit this guy is the best at what he does.

Furthermore, we have a collection of veterans spanning from the earliest generation of RCWF in the late 1990's to the earliest days of JTV in 2008. We have new members emerging as central figures on a regular basis and more people applying everyday. With The Dungeon working as a filter and the veterans weeding out the dickheads, I think RCWF is in pretty damn good shape from the roots to it's highest branches.

**EDIT**

And I love throwing this fact out there.

RCWF has had a longer run than WCW, ECW, TNA & RoH.

I would suggest maybe Tad that you start playing out matches yourself and you; along with maybe a small comittee of VERY trustworthy members, will pre-determine a winner. And that way you can put 10, 15 minutes in to each match; do some cool things; put some "psychology" in to them even, and that way you eliminate the A.I. problem. And you determine winners, and eventually guys who get bigger pushes; over who's putting more work in. Promo-wise, attendance-wise; helping-other-members-wise. All that which goes in to Tad's determining pushes. You'd probably be able to do cooler stuff during matches and put on more exciting shows this way as well.

Or, you can level attributes and ratings to that of which a certain character/Rp'er deserves. Both of these are just off the top suggestions that maybe could or could not realistically be done.

In my opinion.. RCWF is perfect.

You know I would maybe like to see a lil' something' something' for chat on the side.. maybe bring Meltdown back as an unnofficial brand, chat style. Of course it'd be a lax'd chat brand.. maybe a show every other week, one show a month. Something small but a throwback to the old days. No titles, no real fueds; just something for fun.

Of course... we already have our own little shows here and there so I guess we already have that. So yeah.. RCWF is A-Okay in my eyes.

The fact that RCWF is actually generating an income nowadays speaks for itself. While it's donations going towards the fed itself, it's still an impressive feat and accomplishment that I ever only imagined one man achieving.

I would personally like to see a chat show and like you said maybe just 2x a month or once a month. Since joining RCWF I have gotten into chat matches and have gotten addicted to them and would love to chat match vs some of the old time greats. It would be interesting to see how many old time vets would join back up.

Tad practically gave us the go ahead, so I'll start doing a chat brand DURING JTV events. I don't want to run it seperately, it's purely RCWF. Let that be known, lol. If any of you are interested, PM me here on the forums. I want to teach some of the JTV-Era guys how to handle a chat event so you guys can do it on your own as a part of RCWF.

I don't fault Tad for never wanting to do events anymore, they're hectic, long, and he's moving further in another direction with the JTV side of RCWF. He puts in enough hours a week on putting together storylines and editing characters. If we do this, it's purely for exhibitional purposes and to keep the spirit of the old RCWF alive.

This goes out to you veterans as well, I'd like to see a John Kaos, Babu, Eddie Cool, Trent Reign, Nathan Moore, Rave, Justin Rom appearance to show these younger guys why you are all legends around here!

Well first off its good you posted this because it shows that you care about your viewers which alot of people dont in efeds they just go with there own thing and hope their roster likes it.

I guess im one of those new guys cuz i only been here a year. But as one i can say and i know peope can agree.

No one has shit on RCWF. seriously they cant come close.

Now I dont see anything wrong wit RCWF except for the fact that some people barely try in promos which many people mentioned.
I mean had alot of people talk to me about how my promos coud be better back in the day. Im still not so great but i try. Now sometimes to many of us when a person who promos like a 2nd grader with a crayon up his nose and he gets a push before me i cant lie it kinda hurt.

Things i would like to see which we've had in the past was the title rankings and the top 10 list. I can only assume that we dont have one because people were bitching too much to tad about it and he took it down to shut your mouths.

So i basically voted 2.

overall were all sexy :)

RCWF has been faultless so far, but I do have one complaint regarding the main website. I'm not sure whether it's just Firefox or a general issue affecting all browsers, but many of the links are inactive. Whenever I hover my mouse over certain links, the arrow disappears and I can't click on them.

Apart from that, all is perfect in my opinion.

B. Everything is great. Maybe after NXT 1 is over, the most active and derserving Dungeon guys fight for spots, but that's Tad's choice.

2. Title Rankings: Its sucks that someone who is Number 1. never promos and most of the guys dont know. Every month, there should be matches for num 1. contender, then again, That's up to Tad.
3. Dungeon newbies: Finally, Either newbies who join never show up again, or they SUCK at promos Ex: JJKing. and no one even cares to help them.

All in all, I  RCWF. There could be some improvements though.
