The following takes place during the January 12th, 2011 broadcast on RCWF’s Wednesday Night Demolition.

The Far Beyond Better locker room. It was easy for the audience to discern that that was what they were looking at on the Thadtron. It was easy for the viewers at home to discern that that was what they were looking at on their television screens. It was unmistakable. Strewn across the room were various banners and decorations bearing the initials “F.B.B.”, and Max’s new desk was in the corner, once again seemingly buried under books and papers. It was an obnoxious display, which would force the very concept of this group, comprised of eccentrically arrogant individuals, down the throats of any who witnessed it. That concept, of course, was that they were better than you. Far beyond it, in fact. It was this that the five members of the group sought to prove every time they stepped into the ring. Of course, there was more to it than that, even if the members didn’t show it. Certainly, Max Krimson wasn’t showing it now. He was sitting in a steel chair, with his feet up on the back of another chair in front of him. In his hands was an Xbox 360 controller, which his fingers moved about on lazily. He was, for the first time in front of an RCWF audience, wearing glasses (sunglasses don’t count). His head was angled upwards, and he was staring directly at a small flat-screen television that sat high atop some file cabinets. If one looked and listened closely enough, they could see and hear the midi music of the new hit platformer, Super Meat Boy. The game’s protagonist, Meat Boy, could be seen on Krimson’s tights. He stared blankly at the screen and played. Without the slightest change in his demeanor, he started to speak in an absent-minded, detached fashion.

This game…is enjoyable for me to play. It’s enjoyable because it tests my mind. It gives me a mental challenge, a puzzle, which I then use my intellect to solve. It’s a good mental exercise. It’s something important for a competitor to do. Most forget, especially in this business, but the fact is that the brain is a muscle, too, and it needs to be warmed up properly, just like any other muscle. When I’m wrestling in that ring, I’m constantly thinking. Constantly strategizing. It gives me an advantage. It leads me to victory.

Krimson spoke slowly, without emotion. He was only rambling; thinking aloud. His eyes did not leave the screen, as though he didn’t care in the slightest that there was a cameraman standing just a few feet away from him, broadcasting his every word and movement to the entire world.

Of course, this game is but an exercise. It has little meaning in itself. Meaning…is something that disturbingly few people are perceptive of. They simply observe, thoughtlessly…

Max trailed off. His thumb could be seen reaching over to the start button. His attention shifted from the screen to the ceiling, as he became momentarily lost in thought. Then, just as abruptly as he had trailed off and became lost in thought, his eyes lit up and he seemed to return to the real world. He threw his feet off the chair in front of him and swung his body sideways so that he was facing that camera, at which he was now staring. He spoke with newfound vigor and certainty.

I will open your eyes. Far Beyond Better will open your eyes. Green Void…I’m sorry. Truly, I am.

The look in Krimson’s eyes was one which at first glance may have seemed sincere and compassionate. A closer observation, however, would reveal a glint in his eye which made this sincerity questionable.

You see, I don’t like hurting people. I don’t like people being hurt. When I was young, I would shy away from fights, in favor of the more peaceful paths. I’ve learned over time, however, that some things are worth fighting for. After I take my United States Championship back from you on Friday, I will be able to show you and the rest of these poor, ignorant people just what I mean. So, I’m sorry, Green Void, but at Brutal Reunion I will be forced to show you the true meaning of the word “brutality”, a word best defined as meaning “savagely violent”. Because, Green Void, at Brutal Reunion, I will not only beat you, but I will destroy you. Not because I want to, but because I need to. At Snowbrawl, you made a fool out of me. You took away my title on my first title defense. You made a fool out of me and robbed me of my credibility. I’m going to be taking that credibility back, so that I will be able to enlighten these fools with my message…Far Beyond Better’s message. So, Void, I’ll see you on Friday, and it will be under the terms we agreed upon. A ladder match, with Far Beyond Better banned from ringside. See you there, “champ”.

Krimson sharply accented the last word, in a way which was clearly meant to mock the U.S. Champion. He flashed a sinister grin for only a moment, before returning to his expression of aloof neutrality. He turned back to the T.V., tossed his legs up and onto the chair before him, and continued his “mental exercise” of playing Super Meat Boy.

*Backstage we see the camera come into view of the U.S. Champion The Green Void, and the interviewer Jake Allen. They just got done watching Max Krimson's interview.*

Jake Allen: Well after seeing that champ anything you got to say?

*The Green Void is just starring away with a blank look on his face at the t.v., while holding his us title that is black now from Krimson's interview ending.*

Jake Allen: Uh, champ?

*Jake Allen tries snapping his fingers in front of The Green Void, but The Green Void grabs them.*

The Green Void: Please don't do that J.A.

Jake Allen: Sorry about that champ, could you let go of my fingers and explain what you were thinking about?

*The Green Void releases Jake Allen's fingers. The Green Void is now pointing at the blank t.v.*

The Green Void: You see that J.A.?

Jake Allen: Uh, there's nothing there champ.

The Green Void: Exactly, there's nothing there, all it is a void, which is exactly what Krimson is, a void. A Void that which is nothing. See, I may have void in my name, but thats where the green comes in. A bright color that rises from the darkness and over comes all odds, and that has been what I've exactly done since coming to the RCWF, as a former dungeon tag champ, golden rope winner, your current u.s champion, and a future world champion in the making. Right now Krimson, the score for you and me is 2-0 with me in the lead, and come Brutal Reunion it will be 4-0.

Jake Allen: 4-0? Wouldn't that make you 3-0?

The Green Void: Let me finish J.A., it will make 4-0 because right here I'm challenging Krimson to a non-title no DQ match this Wednesday at Demolition. Consider this a preview for whats to come at Brutal Reunion for are ladder match, since i can't wait to get my hands on you again Krimson and leave you in the middle of the ring with a green krimson mask. Prepare to be consume, by the void, max, and in which you will realize that you are not farther beyond better than me.

*As the camera fades to green, all you hear is the Green Void start laughing maniacally.*
