Why many people can’t resist eating fast food

Many people are aware of the dangers of consuming junk food or fast food. However, awareness does not become an absolute guarantee of a person can stop eating these foods.

Researchers from Italy's International School trying to see the fenonema. They see this trend at the level of the conscious and the subconscious when making a choice of food that will be consumed.

The researchers argue, fast food appeal so difficult to not be tempted to eat them.
In the study, they analyzed 57 respondents who had normal weight. The researchers looked at the tendency of the respondents via stylus line connecting the two points.

The point selected by respondents mostly fell on the picture pizza and kitchen appliances like a toaster. Through these options, researchers then looked at factors desire to eat fast food in a person.

"The desire of eating is closely linked to the stimulation of the sources we see. In fact, when you do not want to eat," the study as reported by Health on Monday

Researchers also concluded, the negative effects of food on the body, hence the desire to eat them will be stronger. It is naturally present in human beings.
"The desire to eat something bad even ingrained in a person," said Francesco Foroni, lead researcher.
