I've seen very few of those, but it's nice to see Kevin Corrigan make the cut for Results. That film is on Netflix, as are the nominees Beasts of No Nation, Glass Chin, A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence, Girlhood and Advantageous.

Sean Baker, Tangerine

This, and all the Tangerine love in general, is awesome...I already had Baker penned in for my DGA nominations, if eligible.

Agree on Corrigan, the highlight of an up and down viewing experience

EDIT: And no Brooklyn? Does it not qualify? I don't pretend to understand requirements, award by award. But that and Mistress America are currently tops for the year.

The Sight and Sound poll of the top 20 films of 2015.

Kinda funny to see Hard to be s God tie at #14 with Pixar's Inside Out.

Writers Guild of America announced their TV nominations:

http://www.vulture.com/2015/12/wga-nominat...of-thrones.html

Lots of good shows made the cut.

The "International Assassin" episode of The Leftovers got a nod. Okay.

Anyone with kids know what Gortimer Gibbons' Life on Normal Street is? It got four of the five nods in the Children's Script - Episodic and Specials category.

The "International Assassin" episode of The Leftovers got a nod. Okay.

Jeopardy was also nominated, so maybe there was some confusion. (Waiting for the obligatory The Leftovers is confusing remark.)
