Six of us voted for all five of the top five, but only Cassius had all five of the top five in his own top five. [/QUOTE] *high five!* |

I'm pretty sure of the top 5 and the number one, but I'm most curious which WWII film will land on top. |

Home of the Weiners. Envy of all.

I'm not convinced that the No. 1 spot will be a WWII film. Wonder (because I do not know), who among Spielberg, Malick, Coens and Anderson currently has the most No. 1 movies from past polls? |

I agree. I think it'll be a comedy. |

RE-EDITED (again) AFTER LOOKING OVER EVERYTHING: Coens have three: -Raising Arizona, Fargo and Inside Llewyn Davis Spielberg, and Malick are tied at two each: -Jaws and Schindler's List -Badlands and Tree of Life Anderson has one win with Moonrise Kingdom. However, if the 90s decade poll is any indication, Anderson may tie it up with Malick and Spielberg here. |

I love all the brilliant little touches in Rushmore. It wasn't until the 3rd or 4th viewing that I noticed that Bill Murray continues to slooowly drive throughout the entire "what's the secret, Max?" exchange, but it's somehow the perfect little touch that most other directors wouldn't even think of. After all.....

Posted Image <_<
I've really got to update the CDDB poll summaries. I stopped to take a break because I didn't have a simple way of inputting the data and the manual way I was doing it hurt....after too much of a break it just looked like something hard to catch up with. I'd love to be able to capture more voting data too. Pondering the possibilities. |
