In the months following the Battle of Endor, the Rebel Alliance had transformed itself into the New Republic. The New Republic had quickly gained support in many systems. As the New Republic grew, its enemies did as well. Many planets refuse to join the New Republic with fears of the creation of a new empire. With the death of the Emperor the Empire had gone into a period of Civil War. In the year 9 ABY the Empire was divided into five different sections. Thanks to the idea of an Imperial Admiral. The Empire had manged to reunite itself under a new name, "The Imperial Remnant". This strong alliance of Imperials is the last remaining force of the Empire. As it continues to capture more planets it grows in size. In the part three months, the New Republic has managed to recapture the capital of the galaxy. Coursuant has become home to the New Republic Senate. It also has become home to the New Jedi Order. Luke Skywalker had begun training padawans and younglings in the Jedi Temple. Meanwhile he had Kyle Katarn use the Yavin 4 Temple. Many people look foward to the return of the Jedi. In recent weeks, the Imperial Remnant has been able to reapture many old Sith Planets. With that the Senate has been restored and the Jedi return to their home in the Jedi Temple. Jedi Master Luke Skywalker and Master Kyle Katarn have already started teaching hundreds the ways of the force. The galaxy has hope that the Jedi Order can rebuild itself and that peace shall come to be.
