Screwtape Letters:
I though this book was very humorous and enlightening.

Such a bad, naughty book. This is taken seriously, up there with the Bible at some schools. Looking at it as dumb demons writing notes is good, but the influence is bad, and I think intentioned.

BFG was a 2nd grade memory unerasable, so part of me.

dude those are the ones i remember the most, with Danny the Champ and BFG prob being my personal faves. i remember loving Danny for some reason, but BFG is the best in my opinion.
i read Dahl's short story about the birth of Hitler, too, and that was pretty good. very surreal.

also: the Magic Finger is worth yr time, no doubt. strange happenings and vile things galore!

I've read not very many Roald Dahl books to be honest. But I;ve very much enjoyed all the ones which I have read, or have been read to me.

1. BFG
2. Charlie and the Chocolate Factroy
3. Henry Sugar (I'll always remember the time like 12 years ago when Uncle Gary read this to me and Math)
4. Matilda
5. Charlie and the Glass Elevator
6. Danny the Champion of the World (very weird with geese on sleeping pills and stuff)

This author clearly rules. He's the They Might Be Giants of children books.

  • the positive and negative charge
  • Nelly (j/f)
