Below are our rates and terms of service. Religious Facility Management All religious facility types can be managed for the flat fee of 10% per month. If you see someone with lower rates, we'll beat or match it! We guarantee that your profits will be payed to you within 24 hours of FI running. If we fail to deliver, we will pay YOU 10% extra. In the event of our priests running a negative amount of income, you must pay us pack the fee. ((If your Facility created debt, you pay us)) Religious Facility Construction Option 1: You, or an associate, join the Order of the Progenitor and build your facility. You provide all RMs, builders, etc., and do all the work. Option 1 Rates: You pay us back the construction fees and we'll make over the facility. However, you must assign us your facility for 1 year. Option 2: You, or an association, provide all RMs and builders, then one of our highly trained building supervisors will build the facility for you! Option 2 Rates: You pay us the construction fees plus an extra 15%, then we make over the facility we have built. However, you must assign us your facility for 1 year. Option 3: You or an associate provide all RMs and builders. However, as part of this option we can provide the RMs and workcrew for a fee. We will then haul the materials to the construction site and begin building. Option 3 Rates: You pay us the construction fees plus 25-40% (Negotiable. Depends on distant and other factors.). If we provided the RM and workcrew, you will refund us the material's price. Then we will make over the facility. Option 3 currently not available. Option 2 may or may not be available depending on fleet status. Please note, while we are a neutral faction, we reserve the right to not deal with any individual or association.
