He was used to waiting a long time, and he liked it. Having time to rest and relax between missions was great. And it was more important now more then ever, since he had just became a Jedi Knight a few months earlier. Corr was used to doing missions with his master, and always having her there, but when he became a knight he was alone on every mission, and it was very taxing. "Corr, hey it's Aiden, open the door!" A voice calls from outside his room. He knew who it was immediately, it was his old friend Aiden from Iridonia. He had met him as a youngling when they were both brought to the Jedi Temple and they had been friends since the first time they met. And as the door opened and he walked in, Corr's mind was flooded with memories of all the mischievous things they had done while training at the temple. "Well look at that, a Jedi Knight, who woulda thought!" Aiden smirks as he walks in. "Look who's talkin!" Corr grins "You barely pass for a padawan!" "Hey! Just because I'm bald and couldn't have a braid!" Aiden grumbles as he points at Corr. He breaks into an ear to ear grin as they both start laughing. "Well?" "Well what?" Corr asks as he kicked back in his chair. "Well, are we going or not?" Aiden asks with an annoyed tone. "Don't tell me you forgot?" "No, of course I didn't! I know exactly what we're supposed to do... Ok, ok, I forgot...." Corr mumbles. "You owe me lunch remember! You said you would treat me to a meal at the diner when you got back, you know, as payback for me having to help you with that slavegirl mishap." Aiden says, with a completely serious tone. "Hey hey, that girl had it coming! You can't wear something like that and expect me to not..." "It doesn't matter, you still owe me!" Aiden laughs interrupting him. "Fine, fine, let me get my belt and we'll go." Corr grumbles as he stands to his feet.
