New Member Posts: 9 Group: SA Forums Admin Member #35 Joined: August 6, 2009	Tobias crawled closely behind the selkath, unable to see much of anything he needed to stay in reach. The vent was filthy, Tobi could feel the dirt and other things coming off onto his hands. It was disgusting, and to make things worse they came up on a rotting arm and a bra... Amazingly it was a triple D. More unnerving then the arm, however, was a prostitute working on a rodian in one of the rooms they passed over. Good thing Tobias had a light lunch. As he crawled along he heard a crash, and saw the selkath crawling out of the vent, and quickly fallowed. As he crawled out he realized there was nothing under them and held on to the ledge tightly. 'That must have been what he was trying to say... damn I need a translator...' he thought.
	"Oh God please don't eat me!"

Administrator Posts: 124 Group: SA Forums Admin Member #1 Joined: March 20, 2008	The Selkath saw his human companion slink out into the shaft as well, in good timing too, as soon as Tobias muttered something aloud, Mike could hear the grav lifts starting to boot up and the elevator beginning to rise up the shaft. Knocking his hand on the shaft to create a banging noise and pointing down at the ascending elevator, he made a motion that the two of them should jump and be ready to land on top of the elevator as it approached and was in range. After half a minute of waiting, the shaft became illuminated by the car heading up to them rapidly. Disabling his magnetics, Mike took a leap of faith on top of the elevator car - hoping his friend understood his hang signals.

After only a moment he jumped down onto what seemed to be an elevator coming up underneath them. Tobias knew his legs couldn't handle a jump as far as the Selkath did, but he couldn't just hang there in wait. Thinking as quick as he could Tobi looked around, noticing a ledge just a few feet below him, and across from that was a pipe, likely holding electrical wiring. Bringing his feet forward he began to swing himself before letting go. When his feet touch the ledge he immediately pushed off, twisting his body around to face the pipe. His execution was perfect as he grabbed the pipe and slid down just a foot or so above the elevator before jumping on.
	"Oh God please don't eat me!"

Knowing they couldn't ride the elevator down, Mike pulled out his arc welder and began cutting through the roof of the car. As he cut he could hear the voices of inside the car. "There are up there, room 16. We'll cut those hutt spawn into tiny pieces. Maybe have a fish sandwhich. Hahah" "Oh haha, good one boss!". "So they were planning to kill us..." Mike though to himself. "Thank the Progenitor they took the vents, if we would have waited for the elevator and ran into those guys. It would have been death by firing squad in the hall." As the elevator doors opened and the 6 thugs left the elevator car, the peice of roof fell down and Mike silently jumped into the car as the doors were closing. "Piece of shit station..." one of the thugs muttered. "One of these days its going to decompress."

Tobias thought as he heard the men below talking, 'Good thing they're just a bunch of morons.' Just as the men left the elevator Mike finished cutting a hole into the ceiling, the piece dropped with a clank that made Tobias' heart stop. Luckily the men wrote it off as something else breaking in their piece of shit station. Mike jumped down into the hole, with Tobias fallowing once he stepped to the side. Tobias couldn't help but break into a big grin as the elevator door closed with the group of thugs just a few feet away. Turning to his new fishy friend Tobias began to talk. "So, what now?" he asked.
	"Oh God please don't eat me!"
