| Clan Recruitment
In order to be an official "clan member" you must be tested by our official test team or The Elite division. Registering on our forums does not automatically make you a clan member. The only way to officially make it into ShadowGear is to be tested. After being tested you results and profile will be posted in the Member Profiles section of the forums. From there you can find your profile and see your results and if you need further training. If a profile has been created for you, you are an official part of the clan now!
Activity Requirements
After you've registered on our website, and have been tested and accepted into the clan, you must be active. Members that are inactive for 1 week or more will be removed from our clan and kicked out for inactivity. If you're going to be in the clan, you must have a decent amount of activity and participate. This shows us you are a considerate member and enjoy being in the clan.
Clan Matches/Tournaments
Daily clan matches and tournaments are posted regularly on the forums for ShadowGear. If you want to join those tournaments or matches, you may need to meet specific qualifications in order to join. At other times you may not need to meet any qualifications. You need to be responsible and make sure what is required of you in order to join. Currently, ShadowGear hosted tournaments are hosted once a month and clan matches are set up daily by ShadowGear and members.
The [SG] Tags
From now on, when in any regular clan match, alliance match, tournament, war, or any ShadowGear related event on WFC, we are requiring members to use an [SG] tag before their username on their Mario Kart Wii license on Nintendo WFC. This is REQUIRED if you want to partake in any clan related races or battles. If you require support on this issue or have issues, please ask for support in the Support Kiosk section of our website.
Member Treatment
We'd ask that members treat each other with respect and trust. We would also ask that you keep your bragging rights to yourself and not boast of your skills. We want a clan that is very respectful and organized. Bragging and insulting other members is not a good way to earn organization and respect. We would also ask that you keep your sarcasm and inside jokes to a minimum.
This is the end of the Board Rules. Any further questions should be asked in the Support Kiosk...
