Once members are recruited, they are put into a certain division based on their skills. Below is a list of all of ShadowGear's divisions, along with a descriptions for each one... •» Clan Division Descriptions The Elite - The Elite are the head members/leaders of ShadowGear and are in charge of all other clan members, groups, and divisions. The Elite are all ranked at the Rainbow Gear class level. This means that members in The Elite are well experienced Mario Kart players and are able to race with a Kart and/or Bike, and can race with any weight class they are interested in. Members in The Elite are extremely good players and should be taken seriously when raced with. Nitrous - Members that are part of the Nitrous division are considered to be very good players who know how to get past the finish line first. Their main skills consist of boosting and speeding throughout courses. They make good use of power boosts off of stunts, power boosts off of drifts, and boost panels throughout courses. If you're in Nitrous then you know how to race fast! Drift Mastery - Drift Mastery is a division designed for players who have minor to major drifting skills. Drifters in this division should be drifting consistently on turns, getting power boosts off most of their drifts, and not holding their drifts too long for wipe-outs or crashes. Extremist - Extremist is meant for players who are talented in performing stunts/tricks with karts or bikes off of jumps. This includes wheelies with bikes and performing tricks off of jumps. Not only must you be good at performing stunts and tricks, but you must also be able to handle the power slide you receive as a result of your stunt off a jump and stay on course after you land. Slot Slinger - If you're in the Slot Slinger division then you know how to use items well. You throw your shells at the right time and in the right direction, you use that power star at the right moment, you use the super mushroom to crush your opponents, and you chuck that bomb-om in the perfect area to blow up the racers in front of you! Slot Slinger members know all the items, what each item is capable of doing, and when to use the items at the right time. Battalion Force - Members of the Battalion Unit will be racers who are able to compete in the Battle Mode of MKWII at an average to professional playing level. They know how to use items and how the points system works with each mode. They also should have good accuracy and should be able to dodge other players and items most or all of the time depending on their skill level. |
