(Forgive the language) Modman, this is your business, don't let some punk ass say some stupid stuff to you! I get harrassed all the time! I've been told that my work was a "pile of shit" because they didn't like the background colours on the screens. I could have changed it in a day, but he went somewhere else and paid double what I charged for them to start from scratch! (I kept the $896.39 retainer, part of the contract agreement) The point is, I'm still programming. Yeah, people are going to be jackasses, but you don't quit! Now,go back into that God damned ACP, admin pannel, change your rank, grant yourself Admin powers again, and banned the Spoiler: click to toggle that talked dirt on you.Don't quit for a dumb reason such as your own. I get talked about where I work because I've only been ther for 6 months and this is my first job and I'm going to be a dish trainer and a server trainer, and when I graduate or turn 18 I'm going to be a shift/cover manager. Most often when people say stuff, they are jealous. You have to deal with it, aknowledge it long enough to call them an asshole, and then move on and forget they exist when they come crawling back in 10 years asking for a job at your Fortune 500 company. It's the way it works. Forget the people who try to walk on you and put you down. You're better than them because you want to be and because you are because you work hard to get where you are. Modman, you're 15 and are coordinating the production of a HUGE game. If you succeed, you will be off to a great start. Any company will hire you when you turn 16 because, well, you'll have a reputation around the country. How many others can say that? Few. And they all work for you! |
