I have COMPLETED the menu interface for Cyclone. The Exit button works, and I'm working on the New button, which will load the game into the test world (until we start on the actual game world). Now I've really started on the Cymap loader and the CYM file format, and soon I will start the actual World Building program for Cymap. (no screenies, the menu doesn't LOOK any different lol)

The Multiscript file interface is working great, and I hope I'll get the Test world done soon so I can show you.

Also, I am happy to say that Cyscript is definately the MOST EFFICIENT game script I have ever created. The code I wrote seems like it would take forever to execute, but actually it runs very quickly in VB9. It loads the scripts and the files very well, applies them perfectly, stores them in an efficient runtime storage class, and renders them on the screen with an equally efficient viewport and modelrender class. The actual game executable only does 1% of the work: launching the game and sending events to Cyscript, where they are processed by the scripts. The other 99% is completely run by Cyscript or the Cyclone DLL. I am very happy with Cyclone and hope it will last for many more high-quality, amazing, and innovative Darkstar and Scorpio games before I need to upgrade it. Of course, none of this would be possible without the tremendous motivation I get from modman and all his awesome textures and concept art. The very idea of making a gameworld as complex, unique, and beautiful as Mithal makes me love this project, and making me motivated to continue the code.

i would like to thank you, Super_llama, for sticking to it, and being a great ally and friend in this production. i could never have done any of those textures OR concept art if you had not been so enthusiastic about the Shadowed Revolutions
