ShadeNova Interactive. not only will this be a massive change for our team, but a change for me too. From this moment on, i solemnly swear that i will become a different person. Same name, Different soul. that will be my motto. all i ask of you now is to trust me as you once did, and i will try to deliver as much as is within my personal limits. SNI will not use invisionfree for its forum base, but PHPbb 3.0.2 gold. i am currently working on the home Forums of SNI, and i hope i will be seeing you there. for now, however, we will be using these forums as our home.

With the help of everyone here, I'm sure we can make it be a wonderful, unique, and ORIGINAL company, making everything the hard way: legally, from scratch. If we can just make a totally original game like Portal, we got it made Shadowed Revolutions sounds like a very original idea, I mean... nobody's ever set out to make a gameworld out of light before. Welcome back, I'm glad you didn't leave completely

He was banned for reasons I will not mention, and went on to make his own company: Darkstar. Since then, Modman has changed. Cerberus still talks trash about him, and they won't forgive him like I have, even though it's plain that he has changed. @MM: I hope you don't mind me telling them, it is the truth and it needs to be told.

Advanced Member Posts: 37 Group: Team Members Member #13 Joined: June 14, 2008	Something similar happend to me with my experience with Cerberus, accept I was used as a scapegoat for the management, because I publicly stated that one of Modman's earlier attempts at a Mod Team was horrible (And I have since appologized and have been forgiven), also I was just hired back and got banned again for no reason..... I hate Cerberus.....

I get harrassed all the time! I've been told that my work was a "pile of shit" because they didn't like the background colours on the screens. I could have changed it in a day, but he went somewhere else and paid double what I charged for them to start from scratch! (I kept the $896.39 retainer, part of the contract agreement) The point is, I'm still programming. Yeah, people are going to be jackasses, but you don't quit! Now,go back into that God damned ACP, admin pannel, change your rank, grant yourself Admin powers again, and banned the Spoiler: click to toggle sorry mother-fucker that talked dirt on you. Don't quit for a dumb reason such as your own. I get talked about where I work because I've only been ther for 6 months and this is my first job and I'm going to be a dish trainer and a server trainer, and when I graduate or turn 18 I'm going to be a shift/cover manager. Most often when people say stuff, they are jealous. You have to deal with it, aknowledge it long enough to call them an asshole, and then move on and forget they exist when they come crawling back in 10 years asking for a job at your Fortune 500 company. It's the way it works. Forget the people who try to walk on you and put you down. You're better than them because you want to be and because you are because you work hard to get where you are. Modman, you're 15 and are coordinating the production of a HUGE game. If you succeed, you will be off to a great start. Any company will hire you when you turn 16 because, well, you'll have a reputation around the country. How many others can say that? Few. And they all work for you!
