Have you tried them? Do they work for you?

We've all seen the ad with the woman asking for her money back and then runnjing from the supermarket but these things can be very useful.

I have IBS and the doctor told me to give them a go. I have a problem with dairy so I bought the capsules from a health shop. I've been taking them for a few months now and I have to say I've had a lot less tummy ache and my digestion is much better.

IBS is thought to be caused by Stress. Is it any wonder that so many of us seem to suffer from it.

Heartburn is another that I've noticed many parents seem to suffer with a lot.

I do wonder from time to time if I suffer with this when I am doubled up in the morning.

James takes Actimel when I remember to give it to him, and I think it makes a difference although I'm not completely sure. Maybe it would have more effect if I remembered to give it to him every morning. My brother has AS, and he takes them daily. I can tell when he's not had them. His conversational skills deteriorate BIG time.

It seems that a lot of people who have AS also have food intolerances, so I guess it follows that these could help.

I've taken them myself, and not noticed any difference.

There's been a lot of talk about the links between bowel problems and autism for many years now.

My brother is testament to the fact that there is a link. What is taking them so long to publish a report? How many years does it take to research it? No one is asking them to come up with a cure at the same time. *rant over*
