After the recent removal of many products from the supermarket shelves because of the sudan1 concerns, has it made you look more carefully at the amount of ready made foods you buy, or do you think it's worth the risk because ready made foods make life easier?

I dread these food scares, luckily none of Brandons favourite foods are affected but I don't know what I'd do if they were, he eats so little as it is! I will admit I have been cooking more casseroles and roasts etc even though Brandon won't touch them.

I don't buy ready meals anyway. Amy won't eat them, and 99.9% contain gluten, so James can't have them. I don't like them either, and Lee refuses to eat that "rubbish". (In stronger language than that though I hasten to add!)

Personally, I think they contain too much salt and sugar for kids anyway.
If you stay ready, you won't need to get ready!
